摘要
采用脉冲示踪法研究了回转窑内固体颗粒物料的流动模型,用正交实验法安排实验,实验证明固体颗粒在回转窑中的运动接近于平推流,用因次分析法建立了平均停留时间与影响因素间的数学模型.
The flow model of solids through rotary kilns was investigated by use of pules tracer method. Experiment were arranged by orthogonal method. The experiment proved that the movement of solid particles through rotating kilns was approximate to piston flow, and finally by dimensional analysing,related the averge residence time to the influence factors.
