摘要
以氯化亚砜及偏苯三酸酐为原料合成了偏苯三酸酐酰氯。考察了试剂、醇解时间、硝酸用量及氢氧化钠浓度等条件对氯质量分数的影响,并用容量法测定了氯质量分数。适宜的合成条件为:反应温度70℃,反应时间10 h,经萃取,重结晶得产物,收率95.1%。并用熔点法和红外光谱对目标化合物结构进行了确证。
Trimellitic anhydride chloride was synthesized with trimellitic anhydride and thionyl chloride. Chlorine determination method was introduced to indicate its purity. Titration conditions such as reagent, time of alcoholysis, nitric acid dosage and the concentration of sodium hydroxide were investigated. Under the optimal reaction conditions: reaction temperature 70℃, reaction time 10 h, with extraction and recrystallization, the yield of the product was 95.1%. The structure of the product was confirmed by melting point equipment and IR.
