摘要
目的探讨万拉法新合并丁螺环酮治疗抑郁症的效果及可行性。方法采用了随机对照研究的方法,把符合CCMD-2-R抑郁症诊断标准的86例抑郁症病人随机分为研究组(44例)和对照组(42例),研究组应用万拉法新合并丁螺环酮治疗,对照组单用万拉法新治疗,用HAMD、HAMA、TESS量表评定疗效和副作用。结果研究组HAMD减分率在评定的2、4、6、8周末均高于对照组(P<0.05)。HAMA评分率在评定的2、4、6、8周末均高于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组的显效率(84.1%)、有效率(95.5%)。均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组药物的副作用无明显差别。结论万拉法新合并丁螺环酮治疗抑郁症效果好、起效快、无严重副作用,是抑郁症可行的治疗办法。
Objective： To study the efficacy and side effects of venlafaxine combined with buspirone in the treatment of depression. Methods： Eighty six patients who met the eriteria of CCMD-2-R for depression were randomly assigned to venlafaxine combined with buspirone treatment groups （44 patients] and venlafaxine treatment group（42 patients） for 8 weeks. HAMD, HAMA and TESS were used to evaluate the efficacy and side effects. Results： The reduction rates of HAMD scores and HAMA scores in study group at the 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th weekends were significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05） （P 〈 0.01）. The significant improvement and total improvement rates in the study group were 84.1% and 95.5%, which were higher than those in the control group. There was no significant difference in side effects. Conclusion. The effect of enlafaxine combined with buspirone is fast and has little side effect in the treatment of depression.
