摘要
分析了古代技术的师徒相传、中世纪行会的技术教育、近代欧洲科学学会的技术追求以及现代工业实验室的研究体制,归纳出技术组织形式演变的职业化、专业化、体制化特征,指出现代技术研发的体制化是现代技术迅速发展的重要社会保证。
The paper analyzes master-apprentice pass on skill in ancient times,guild's technical education in Middle Ages,technical pursuit of Europe's society of science in modern times and the research system of industrial laboratory in contemporary age.It also concludes the characteristics in the evolution of technological organization: occupation,specialization and systemization,put forwards it's the systemization of research and development of modern technology that is the important social pledge for the quickly development of modern technology.
