摘要
在对煤矿气动系统用横管式旋流分离装置流型显示实验的基础上,改进分离装置中旋流叶轮结构和外形结构,实验测试改进型横管式导流旋流分离装置压降降低约30%,分离效率提高2.2%。
Based on visualization experimental study of horizontal cyclone separator for pneumatic system, both the cyclone impeller and the structure of the separator were improved. The improved horizontal pipe cyclone separator was tested in laboratory, and the testing results verified that the pressure drop reduced about 30 %, and the separating efficiency increased 2.2%.
