摘要
以矿用108 t电动轮自卸车为对象,分析了前桥悬架系统在几种典型工况下的受力情况和有关参数的变化规律以及前轮定位参数对其悬架系统受力的影响,建立了以前油气悬架杆筒与缸筒在导向套处受力最小的目标函数,对前轮定位参数进行了优化。优化后的前轮定位参数不仅使前桥悬架系统的受力大为降低,有利于减轻前油气悬架杆筒与缸筒之间的磨损,消除前悬架系统的漏油现象,同时也提高了汽车的操纵稳定性。
Based on the object of 108 ton tripper with electromotor wheel used in the mine, knowing several kinds of the force of the pendant system of front axle and variation rule of related parameter as well as the influence produced by position locating parameter of front wheel to the pendant system, position locating parameter of front wheel were optimized according to force as objective function between the guiding cover and the pendant bar. The force was cut down greatly, and it reduced the friction between the guiding cover and the pendant bar as well as the leak oil and raised the stability of the car operation at the same time.
