摘要
研究工业用离心泵的流量-扬程曲线对泵运转稳定性、运转特性和适用场合的影响,提出驼峰曲线泵稳定工况的判据及泵和叶轮形状对驼峰状的影响,对于泵的设计、制造和合理使用均具有实际的意义.
The influences of the H-Q characteristic curves of industrial centrifugal pumps on the rotating stability, characteristics and applicable fields are studied. A stable rotating criterion of pumps with hump shape curve is proposed. It is pointed out that the shape and the size of the pump and the vane wheel will give rise to the H-Q curve presented in a hump shape. The conclusions are practically useful in the design, manufacture and application of the centrifugal pumps.
