摘要
目的分析豫东地区儿童死亡原因及变化,以加强相应的防范措施.方法按国际疾病分类（ICD-10）进行死因分类,分析2000年1月～2005年12月2863例死亡儿的临床资料及死亡因素.结果婴儿死亡人数最多,占总死亡数的74.4%,新生儿占总死亡数的51.9%.男女之比为1.21：1.死亡病因中新生儿疾病占总死亡的51.9%,其中早产、窒息、新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征多见;感染性疾病占总死亡的25.9%,其中肺炎、败血症、中枢神经系统感染多见;其他类疾病占总死亡的22.2%,其中意外、先天畸形、肿瘤多见.早产、意外、肿瘤死亡率逐渐上升,败血症、肺炎死亡率却呈下降趋势.结论新生儿疾病近年已成为豫东地区儿童死亡的主要病因,加强新生儿疾病的防治是降低豫东地区儿童死亡率的重要举措之一.
Objective To analyze the death reason and its associated factors in childen in the east of Henan province as a reference for prevention. Methods An analysis was made on the clinical data and factors about 2863 children died from Jan. 2000 to Dec. 2005, according to the international classifcation standard （ICD - 10）. Results The mortality of infant and neonate were 74.4% and 51.9%, respectively. The ratio of man and woman was 1.21：1. 51.9% ,25.9% ,22.2% of children died of neonatal diseases, infection diseases and other diseases respectively. The premature birth, asphyxia and neonatal respiratory distress syndrome （NRDS） were main in neonatal diseases. The pneumonia, septicemia and central nervous system infection were main in infection diseases. The accident, congenital deformity and tumor were main in other diseases. The premature birth, accident and tumor were increasing, but the septicemia and pneumonia were decreasing in all death reasons of children. Conclusion The neonatal disease had become the main death reason of children in the east of Henan province. It＇s one of the important measures which decrease the death ratio of children in the east of Henan province to enhance prevention and therapy of neonatal diseases.
