低温透析对患者血压的影响与意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察低温透析对肾衰竭透析患者血压的影响。方法将30例血液透析患者随机分为低温透析组及常温透析组,动态监测患者体温、血压、血清肌酐、尿素氮等指标。结果低温透析时患者低血压的发生率明显低于常温透析;而对溶质清除率无显著影响。结论低温透析能减少患者低血压的发生,达到充分透析的目的。
