摘要
为了拓宽烧结用料,达到优化烧结原料结构的目的,宏阳钢铁公司对南非矿的烧结性能进行试验研究,结果表明:配用南非矿后,烧结矿的性能能够满足高炉炼铁生产的要求,可解决球团原料紧张的难题。
In order to optimize the composition of sinter mix for extending the scope of sintering material supply, sintering experiments with proportioning of Southern-African ore fines were conducted in Hongyang Iron and Steel Corp. The experimental results showed that the sinter grade were increased obviously when adding Southern African ore fines into sinter mix. higher production effic Sinter quality can meet the need of blast furnace operation for iency. This conclusion has been confirmed in operating practice.
