摘要
工作场所性骚扰的巨大危害促使中国人大进行立法予以防治,而中国的大多数组织在性骚扰防治方面几乎是空白。从组织的角度上对工作场所性骚扰的系统性防治提出建议。
The great harm of sexual harassment in work environment promotes Standing Committee of NPC to put the legislation in progress, but a few Chinese organizations are aware of the legislation, and a few have taken or are ready to take measures. This essay gives organizations suggestions on how to prevent sexual harassment in work enyironment systematically .
