摘要
对科技论文与科技报告这两个概念的内涵和外延进行了商榷，同时对二者的写作目的和用途、写作要求和加工深度进行了探讨，以便纠正当前存在的使用上的混乱，促进科技写作事业的发展．
In this paper, conception delimitation between scientific thesis and scientific report is discussed. Meanwhile, the purposes, uses, writing requirements and degree of improvent of these two kinds of papers are also discussed, so as to correct the confusions of the above two kinds of papers in usage, and to promote the development of scientific writing.
