摘要
高等职业教育是我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分,有着较丰富的人力资源,由于种种原因,人力资源未得到充分的开发和利用。针对高职院校人力资源管理与开发的现状和存在的问题,提出相应的对策。
High vocational education is an inportant part of our high education system. It possesses rich manpower,which yet has not been felly developed and utillized for some reasons. This essay put forward countermeasures to the current situation and existent problems in the administration and development of high vocational college.
