摘要
论述绿色管理的内容,指出了实施绿色管理是企业履行社会责任的内在要求。在分析企业社会责任观的基础上提出了活动家模式、法律模式、市场模式三种不同的绿色管理模式,他们分别与自律式、守法式、自制式社会责任相对应。
After analysed the contents of green management, the paper points out that the implementation of the green management is the inherent requirements of the the enterprise social responsibility. Then based on the analysis of enterprise social responsibility view, three different green management models, which are activity model, law model, market model, have been put forward. They are corresponding to three different social responsibility.
