摘要
文章首次提出科技写作技术的新概念．从这个概念出发，对科技写作技术的特征：多层次性、可重复性和规范性进行分析，并对科技写作技术作了简要的分类．
New concept of scientific writing skill is advanced in this paper. According to this concept, the feature of scientific writing skill unity and coherence, readability and standardization-is analysed and classified briefly.
