摘要
结构-行为-绩效(structure-conduct-performance简称SCP)范式是传统产业组织理论的基本范式。本文用此经典范式来分析我国银行业的市场结构、市场行为、市场绩效。得出了不同于单纯从金融学与产业经济学研究银行的若干结论,并分析这些状况的原因,最后给出我国银行业特别是国有商业银行的改革建议。
The structure-conduct-performance model is the basic model of the traditional industrial organization theory. This text analyzes the market structure, the market conduct and the market performance of our country banking industry with this classical model, the obtained conclusions are different from which come from purely studying from finance and the industrial economics, then analyzes the reasons, finally produces some suggestions to our country banking industry especially to the state-owned commercial bank＇s reform.
