羟基磷灰石涂层的制备

摘要 本文以五氧化二磷、无水乙醇、硝酸钙为原料,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备羟基磷石灰涂层。选用2mm/s的速度浸渍提拉载玻片,在载玻片上进行涂膜,经60℃干燥后在650℃烧结保温3h,可在载玻片上得到羟基磷灰石涂层。研究结果表明:制备溶胶合适的配比为Ca(NO3)22·4H2O:P2O5(摩尔比)=10:3,即Ca/P原子比=5:3(约等于1.67)。 Using phosphorus pentoxide, anhydrous ethanol and calcium nitrate as the raw materials, hydroxyapatite coating was prepared by Sol-Gel method at the slide glass after being dried at 60℃ followed held for 3h at 650℃. The velocity was selected at 2mm/s to drag the slide glass when the coating was being conducted. The results demonstrated that the appropriate mixture ratio for preparation of sol is nCa(NO3)2·4H2O:nP2O5=10:3, namely, the atomic ratio of Ca/p=5:3(approximately 1.67)
