为了促进教育的现代化,提高全民素质,国家进行了大规模的教育技术装备建设投资。要确保投资的有效性,充分利用教育技术装备,发挥其教学效益,改善教育现状,必须建立一整套完备的管理体制,本文将对此进行详尽地阐述。
Our country have invest so much in educational technical equipment in order to increase the quality education and realize educational modernization. We must set up a set of intact management systems for the validity of investing, only in doing so ,we can change the current situation of education, fully utilize educational technical equipment, improve the teaching benefit of educational technical equipment .All these we all argument in detail in this paper.
