摘要
作者用Ｄｉｓｃｏｎｔｉｎｕｏｕｓ ＳＤＳ一ＰＡＧＥ及Ｗｅｓｔｅｒｎ ｂｌｏｔ分析了两株分离自中国新疆的Ｂｏｒｒｅｌｉａ ｂｕｒｇｄｏｒｆｅｒｉ─—ＸｊＩ＿３和ＸｊＩ＿（１２）株的主要蛋白组分及其生物学属性。ＸｊＩ３和ＸｊＩ＿（１２）均具有４１ｋＤ鞭毛蛋白和６０ｋＤＣＡ蛋白，均缺失３４ｋＤ蛋白。ＸｊＩ＿（１２）具有３３ｋＤ的ＯｓｐＡ蛋白，而ＸｊＩ＿３缺失该蛋白，但具有丰富的２３ｋＤ蛋白。
The major proteinaceous components of two strains of Borrelia burgdorferi XjI3 and XjI12 iso- lated from Xinjiang,China and their biological characteristics were analysed by SDS-PAGE and Western blot. The results showed that the two strains of Borrelia burgdorferi(XjI3 and XjI12)possessed a flagelline with anapparent molecular weight of 41.0 kD and CA protein with an apparent molecular weight of 60.0 kD,but losta protein with an apparent molecular weight of 34.0 kD. Furthermore,it also showed that the Strain Xjl12 had OspA protein with an apparent molecular weight of 33.0 kD and XjI3 lost the protein,but was rich in a pro-tein with an apparent molecular wight of 23.0 kD.
