摘要
目前对５—氟尿嘧啶（５—Ｆｕ）表现为心肌缺血的心脏毒性这一副作用尚未广泛认识。本文报道了４例患者在静滴５—Ｆｕ时产生心前区疼痛，伴有可恢复的心电图缺血性改变，并结合文献复习，分析其可能的机理。建议临床上使用该药时，提高警惕以及时发现可能的心脏毒性，对已产生心脏毒性的病人，以后应用５—Ｆｕ过程应在严密的心电监测下使用。
Cardiotoxicity manifested as myocardial ischemia is not generally recognized as a side effect of 5-fluorouracil(5-Fu).This article presents four patients developing anterior substernal chest pain in association with ischemic electrocardiographic changes temporarilly related to infusions of 5-Fu.The literature on 5-Fu cardiotoxicity is also reviewed,and its possible mechanisms are analyzed.For those physicians treating patients receiving 5-Fu,we recommend increased vigilance to detect possible cardiotoxicity,and subsequent 5-Fu therapy in patients developing this cardiotoxicity should be administered only under careful cardiac monitoring.
