摘要
本文报告应用ＥＬＦＰ方案治疗晚期胃癌３０例，ＣＲ６例（２０％），ＰＲ１５例（５０％），ＮＣ４例（１３．３％），ＰＤ５例（１６．７％），总有效率（ＣＲ＋ＰＲ）７０％。主要毒副反应为轻中度消化道反应和骨髓抑制，用ＰＤＤ腹腔化疗后有１０例（３３．３％）发生一过性腹痛。
This article reports 30 cases of advanced gastric cancer treated by the ELFP(CF/5 Fu VP16 and PDD) regimen. Results Showed that 6 cases (20%) were of complete remission (CR), 15 cases (50%) of partial remission (PR),4 cases (13. 3%) of no change (NC) and 5cases (16. 7%) of progressive disease (PD). The total effective rate (CR+PR) was 70%.The main toxic reactions were mild to moderate myelosuppression and gastrointestinal symptoms. According to this data only 10 cases took place for a short while of abdominal pain after the intraperitoneal chemotherapy of cisplatin (PDD)
