摘要
本文对我院１９８３年至１９８８年间手术治疗的５７例Ⅱｂ期子宫颈癌进行了统计分析。全组均采用子宫广泛切除加盆腔淋巴结清扫术，部分病例加用放疗。随访时间不少于５年，随访率为９６．４％，５年生存率为７７．１％。分析结果表明，手术治疗Ⅱｂ期子宫颈癌的疗效不低于单纯放射治疗。
A statistical analysis was made on 57 cases of stage Ⅱ b carcinoma of uterine cervix treated in our hospital in the years 1983 ～1988. All cases were treated by radical hysteractomy with pelvic lymph node dissection,some of these with irradiation. 96. 4% of the patients were followed up within a time not less than 5 years. The 5-year survival rate was 77. 1 %. These indicate that the stage Ⅱ b cervial carcinoma treated by surgery can obtain a fairly good curative effect as irradiation.
