摘要
为解决油水井挤灰、酸化等作业施工中油管漏失的问题,研制了LP-90型油管柱试压装置。该装置设计了双球试压模式,可实现在额定压力(50 MPa)下对油管柱试压,并保证在10 MPa左右的压力下打开通道,进行挤水泥或酸化施工。实现了一趟管柱的试压与施工,保证了施工质量。现场试验效果好。
In order to solve the problem of leakage in tubing when the operation of injection cementing and acidification, LP-90 tuning test unit is developed. The unit is designed with double tests modules to realize the test tubing at rated pressure of 50 MPa. The cementing and acidification are carried out at the pressure of 10MPa in order to make it through. This makes test and operation in one procedure and the operation quality is insured. The onsite test proves its good effectiveness.
