摘要
目的:明确我国地(县)级疾病预防控制中心乙肝防制工作人力配置需要。方法:选择不同地区、不同级别的11个疾病预防控制中心进行工作规范模拟运作,记录人时消耗,运用“标杆管理”思想来测算所需人力,结果:全国地级疾病预防控制机构乙肝防制工作人力配置需要2912人,目前,缺口为72.08%;县级机构需要4749人,目前,缺口为21.85%。结论:目前,我国地(县)级疾病预防控制中心乙肝防制工作人力投入不足,尚未能满足工作规范化的需要。
Objective: to nail down manpower allocation of prevention and control of hepatitis B in CDC in cities and counties. Methods: 11 CDC which come from different areas and levels as samples axe to carry out and record their work of prevention and control of hepatitis B. And to calculate the manpower by the method of Benchmarking. Results: the manpower allocation need of prevention and control of hepatitis B in CDC in cities are 2912, lack of 72.08%; and 4749 in counties, lack of 21.85%. Conclusion: manpower allocation of prevention and control of hepatitis B in China cities and counties isn' t enough to fulfill the standardization.
