摘要
通过多次试验改变培养基的配方及比例,对每个操作环节的关键技术严格控制、降低污染率。结果表明用木屑或棉籽皮、米糠代用料栽培香菇,明显缩短了香菇的生产周期,从接种到出菇只需3个月左右,至采收结束约为11个月,并且优质菇产量高。
This thesis verifies the possibilities of changing the culture medium compound and the decrease of pollution with strict technique control in every single operational step. Results from comparative experiments show that using wood scraps, cottonseed peel or rice bran will shorten the Lentinus edodes production period sharply. It will need only 3 months from the inoculation to the sprouting and about 11 months to produce the high quality mushroom with large quantity.
