摘要
农村合作金融是农村经济发展的主要支柱之一,也是农村改革的重要内容。中国农村合作金融的改革,既要借鉴国外成功经验,又要立足本国实际。对此,文章对国外农村合作金融成功经验及发展趋势、国内农村正规合作金融改革、合会的合法化与农村合作金融组织创新有关的主要研究成果进行了梳理。
The rural cooperative finance is one of the main pillars of rural economy development and also the important content of rural and financial reform in foreign land, too. However, some problems exist in the reform of our country＇s rural cooperative finance in the fields of ownership and structural patterns, management system and risk-share etc., which has already become the bottleneck to confine the development of rural economy. It should call for reform. This paper mainly aims at the survey of the rural cooperative finance reform in three respects.
