摘要
喷墨印刷机是一种由多组压电喷头喷墨的快速印刷设备,具有承印物丰富、质感好等特点。为达到数字印刷机所要求的高速连续数据传输并节约成本的目的,采用高速USB2.0接口,使用较大FIFO,并采用了模块化设计,对喷头控制状态机进行了精心设计,不但实现了喷墨印刷机的基本控制要求,而且具有良好的扩展性和经济性。
Large-format inkjet printer is a type of high speed printing device with multiple piezoelectric print heads. The most important advantage of this print method is that it can print rich-toned pictures on a wide range of substrates. In order to transmit streamlined data at a higher speed and lower cost, the author introduced high speed USB 2.0 in terface and a larger FIFO to this device. The author also de signed a modular strt,cture for it, and elaborately redesigned the controlling approaches for its print heads. Not only did the design can meet the requirement of the basic controlling procedures of digital printing systems, but also is feasible and economical.
