摘要
研究了电极的烧结温度、保温时间对其性能的影响。对电极的焊接性能做了大量实验研究,指出了铜、银电极在焊接方面表现出性能差异的主要原因在于银电极与基片之间形成的是非欧姆接触,而铜电极则形成了欧姆接触。同时分析了银电极形成非欧姆接触的原因,并提出了解决办法。
The effects of sintering temperature and heat preservation time on electrode are studied. Many experiments about the properties of soldered electrode show that the different properties of copper electrode and silver electrode after soldered are due to the different contact between electrode and the ceramic. For the copper electrode the contact with ceramic is ohmic, and for the silver is nonohmic. The reason for silver electrode to form nonohmic cantact is analysed, and the way to solve it is given out.
