摘要
在三峡工程右岸一期工程施工中，工程监理根据合同要求首先编制合同目标控制性施工进度计划，作为审查施工承包单位施工组织设计的重要依据。在工程进展过程中，再根据工程实施情况，为确保合同工期目标的实现，适时调整某一时段的施工进度计划，对工程进度实施动态控制。由于采取了有效的控制措施，使右岸工程建设进度基本接控制目标进行，较合同工期目标略有提前，工程质量满足设计要求。
In the construction of the right bank project in the first phrase of Three Gorges project, the controlled construction schedule for the contract goals which is taken as an important basis for reviewing the construction organization and design provided by the construction contractor has been firstly prepared in accordance with the contractrequirements. During the construction progress of the project, according to the actual project execution and in orderto ensure the accomplishment of the goals of the completion of contract, the construction schedule at a given periodhave been adjusted properly and then the dynamic control for the construction progress has been reached. Becausethe effective control measures have been taken, no serious quality problem has arisen in the construction of theright bank project. The progress of project construction has been basically made in accordance with the controlgoals and mayy be a little ahead of the contract schedule.
