摘要
针对电磁铸轧系统中的电加热炉进行了研究,推导出了流量与电动机转速之间的关系,设计了主控制电路,并采用了EPEC3G系列微处理器及CODESYS编程软件,从而实现电加热炉在不同旋转位置输出的流量保持稳定;实验结果表明,该系统达到设计要求,运行良好。
The electric stove was researched in the electromagnetic roll-casting system. With the application of EPEC 3G microprocessor and the CODESYS software, the variable relation between the flow and rotate speed of electromotor was deduced and the prime control circuit was designed. The flow of the electric stove can keep stable in different position. The experimental result shows that the control system has achieved the prime purpose and works well.
