摘要
提出一种基于图像处理技术的机械零件小孔径尺寸测量方法,解决传统上用止通规人工进行检测的各种不便;图像处理技术主要包括图像的平滑、灰度拉伸、二值化、图像象素的计算等处理;初步探讨了利用图像处理技术进行机械零件小孔径的尺寸测量的方法,并通过实例,从理论上和实践上证明本方法的可行性和正确性。
The article introduces a measurement method of little pore in mechanical parts based on image process, for solving diversified of discommodity by using stop-pass Gauge traditionally. Image process mainly include smoothness, grey level change , binarization, Pels calculation , etc. Utilizing image process technology on little pore in machine components tentatively, and through the instance, proves the feasibility and exactness of this method on the theory and practice.
