摘要
中国大陆科学钻探工程中心经论证与实钻试验,决定采用高速螺杆马达井底驱动液动锤提钻取心钻进方式完成500 m取心任务。为此专门研制了KZ型单动双管取心钻具.采用了轴承置钻具外总成、全泵量开式强制润滑与局部微循环清污的设计方式,具有结构简单、单动可靠、拆卸组装方便、回次进尺长、整机连续工作寿命长、成本低等优点,适用于完整的硬地层与坚硬的破碎地层。该钻具在科钻一井共取心钻进4 633.77 m,平均岩心收获率 86.35%.机械钻速1.05 m/h,在螺杆钻与液动锤的高频复合震动下整机平均寿命大于80h。详细介绍了该钻具研制的必要性、钻具的特有结构以及在科钻一井中的应用效果。
After adequate evaluation and real drilling trial by the CCSD engineering center, the coring program with high-speed screw motor and downhole hydraulic hammer was chosen to complete the continuous coring job of 5 000 m. Bearing put in the outside assembling of drilling tools, whole pump flow forced lubrication and partial micro circulated decontamination, the KZ core barrel was specially designed. It had simple structure, credible single action and can be easily broken down and assembled. The KZ core barrel has long footage per round tip and continuous operating life of complete machine and can be used to drill complete hard formation or fragile formation. By means of drilling tools, 4 633.77 meters' drilling task was completed. The average core recovery is 86.35% and the average drilling speed is 1.05 m/h. The average life of complete machine was over 80 h under the combined high frequency vibration of auger drill and hydraulic hammer. The paper introduced the necessity of the development of KZ core barrel, its special structure and the application effectiveness in China's First Deep Scientific Drilling Well CCSD-1.
