摘要
扁桃体在人体的免疫,特别是局部免疫中起着重要作用,作为一个二级淋巴器官,处于病原入侵机体的门户,又属于黏膜相关淋巴组织,其免疫机能十分复杂。近几年来对扁桃体免疫机能的研究不断有新的进展。本文就免疫功能细胞、免疫分子、免疫病理及免疫功能特征等方面对扁桃体的免疫功能进行初步探讨。
The tonsils play an important role in the immunity of human bodies, especially in the local immunity. As a second -class lymph organ, the tonsil also belongs to the adenoid tissue interrelated to mucosae. It is a pathogens, gateway into human bodies and its immune function is very complicated. In recent years there is an unceasing progress in the study of tonsils, immune function. The article reviews it from some aspects.
