摘要 探讨结肠的磁共振成像。磁共振结肠成像可以准确发现大于8mm的结肠息肉,对结肠癌的诊断、分期和可切除性评价具有较高的临床应用价值,能对结肠的炎性狭窄进行有效的评价。 To discuss magnetic resonance colonography (MRC). MRC permits accurate detection of colonic polyps larger than 8mm. MRI is very helpful in the diagnosis , staging ,and removable evaluation of colonic cancer . It can be also employed for the evaluation of inflammatory bowel disease.
