摘要
目的:探讨使用单球囊到双球囊逐渐扩张治疗贲门失弛缓症的可行性,及其治疗效果。方法:本组8例病人,术前经X线钡餐造影检查确诊,用从单球囊到双球囊逐渐扩张的方法连续多次扩张。结果:术后临床症状消失,X线钡餐造影检查:影像表现显著改善,随访6-12mo疗效满意。结论:用双球囊扩张的方法治疗贲门失弛缓症具有操作简便并发症少,不用手术的优点,是一种疗效肯定的治疗方法。
Objective：To investigate the feasibility and effect of treating achalasia of the cardia by dilating single balloon and double balloon gradually. Methods： 8 cases were diagnosed with barium meal by X- ray therapy before operation, by dilating gradually single balloon to double balloon. Results： Clinical symptoms disappeared after the operation, and the image showed the evidence of amelioration after barium meal X - ray therapy. The curative effect was satisfying after 6 - 12 months. Conclusions：The treatment of achalasia of the cardia by means of double balloon dilation is a advantage approach simple to operate with the advantage of a low rate of complication and non -operation.
