摘要
本文首先简单回顾了一些评定疲劳裂纹的工程方法,随后主要介绍了一种新的应用三维有限元直接模拟疲劳裂纹扩展方法的研究进展;最后着重描述了本文作者最近发展的,能自动模拟面形疲劳裂纹形状扩展的计算软件DUCK的基本原理及一些技术细节,并给出了一些裂纹在疲劳载荷作用下形状扩展的数值模拟结果。
This paper reviewed briefly some methods of assessing the fatigue crack growth in engineering , followed by outlining the advances on a new technique of directly simulating the fatigue crack growth by using the three-dimensional finite element method. An extensive description was particularly made of the principles and some details relate to the software DUCK, which has been recently developed by the present author,and is capable of automatically following the shape development of planar fatigue cracks. Some results in crack shape change obtained by the simulation technique were also presented in the present paper.
