摘要
目的探讨大规模防治慢性支气管炎(慢支)的有效药物和方法,观察阴阳液防治慢支的临床疗效。方法以中医阴阳理论为基础,将慢支分为两大症型;肾阳虚型和痰热气滞型,并主以温阳益气、清热化痰为组方原则,研制了阳液和阴液。132例慢支病人按病期分成慢支预防组和慢支治疗组,各组再随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组均以阴阳液为主要预防或治疗药物,预防用药时间每年不少于50天,连续2年以上;而对照组则治以相应的西医治疗。结果以阴阳液预防慢支的显效率为52.65%,总有效率为90.63%,优于单纯以西药预防的效果(P<0.05);阴阳液加西医治疗慢支急性发作期的显效率和单纯西医治疗效果相近,但治疗有效时间明显缩短,与单纯西医治疗的有效时间相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。慢支以阴阳液预防治疗后,肺功能发生明显改善(P<0.05),而对照组则无此变化。结论阴阳液为高效低毒制剂,阴阳液或联合西医防治慢支显著疗效,是大规模防治慢支的有效途径。
Obiective To observe the clinical effect of Yin and Yang balance liquid （YYBL, including Yin liquid and Yang liquid） in the prevention and treatment of chronic bronichitis （CB）. Methods Based on the theory of Yin and Yang in TCM, CB be classified two general syndromes, Yin liquid and Yang liquid were prepared according to the therapeutic principles of warming Yang,invigorating Qi ,clearing pathogenic heat and eliminating phlegm. 132 patients with CB were classified 2 groups by the varied stages： the prevention group of CB （62 cases） and the treatment group of CB （70 cases）. Every group was divided randomly into the treatment group and the control group： the treatment groups were all cured with YYL mainly, preventions were given for no less than 50 days per year for more than 2 successive years; the control groups were treated with relevant westen medicine, long term toxic of YYL were also conducted. Results The results showed that the marked precentire rate of the CB with YYL was 52.65%, and the total effective rate was 90.63%; which were significantly higher than those in the controls （P〈0.05）. The effects with YYL in reducing treatment time,easing main symptoms and improving pulmonary function were superior to those with westen medivine only （P〈0.05）. Conclusion YYL was a more effective and less toxic side effect drug. Preventing and treating CB with YYL was very effective in large scale.
