摘要
目的探讨羊水泡沫试验对胎儿肺成熟度预测的临床应用价值。方法对153例高危妊妇采用本室羊水泡沫实验方法预报胎儿肺脏成熟度,并对实验方法及操作规范进行总结。结果羊水泡沫试验胎肺成熟的预报价值达到了97.3%;对胎肺不成熟的预报价值达到48.7%,后者高于国内前人报道的结果。结论羊水泡沫试验简便易行,其预报胎儿肺成熟的价值能够代替L/S比值测定。此项技术尤其适合在基层的医院推广应用。
Objective To explore clinic value of foam test of amniotic fluid in high risk pregnancy of obstetrical department. Methods The foam test of amniotic fluid in our laboratory was adopted in 153 cases high risk pregnacy to forecast fetus, lung degree of maturation, the experimental method and operating rules has been summarized. Results The forecast value of foam test of amniotic fluid is 97.3% in fetus lung maturation and 48.7% in-non maturation, the latter abore domestic predecessors report. Conclusion The foam test of amniotic fluid is simple and easy. It＇s forecast value in the fetus＇lung maturation can replace L/S rate. The technology is suiter spreaded application in basic level hospital.
