摘要
大肠癌基因治疗是研究热点之一,主要包括免疫分子基因治疗、自杀基因治疗、基因缺陷纠正、抑制肿瘤血管生成基因治疗和病毒基因转导溶解肿瘤细胞等方法。现综述以上几种大肠癌基因治疗方法的研究现状和进展。
