蛋白质芯片SELDI-TOF-MS技术及其在大肠癌中的应用
摘要
蛋白质芯片SELDI-TOF-MS技术是蛋白质组学研究中的一种全新的技术平台,现阐述在消化道常见恶性肿瘤大肠癌中应用该技术筛检肿瘤标志物的最新进展。
