摘要
对液压支柱专用钢27SiMn亚温淬火工艺及强韧化机理进行了研究。表明:27SiMi钢830~860℃亚温淬火、200~250℃回火,强韧化效果最佳。抗拉强度可由原工艺的800MPa(920℃淬火、520~600℃回火)提高到1400MPa而韧性仍保持在64J以上。
This paper inquires into the subnormal temperature quenching technolopy and the mechanism of strengthing and toughening of special steel 27SiMn on hydraulic prop. The results show: The strength and tough ness of 27SiMn is best after subnormal temperature quenching 830~860℃ and tempering 200~250℃ The strong increases to 1 400 MPa from 800 MPa (quenching 920℃ and tempering 52~600℃ ) and the toughness retains to 0. 8MJ/m2.
