摘要
通过对华阴库区防洪现状及出路的分析,提出了在华阴利用“夹槽”地带低洼地势建设蓄洪湖泊、滞蓄南山支流洪水化解库区南山支流经常决口造成小水大灾问题的设想,并提出了相应的方案,对工程量进行了估算。
By analysis on the present problems of flood control and outlet of Huayin reservoir area, me tentative plan constructing store flood water Lake at the low-lying parts of Huayin,to store the south mountain flood water in the lake was put forward in this paper. The problems of flood disaster can be raveled out. Also, some related scheme was put forward too, and the project volume was estimated.
