摘要
采用SBR法对氯丁橡胶生产废水进行了处理,研究了不同充水时间、反应时间、沉淀时间、闲置时间和曝气方式对处理效果的影响.结果表明,当进水CODCr为1020mg·L-1左右,最佳的充水时间为1h、反应时间为4h、沉淀时间为2h、排水时间为0.5h、闲置时间为0h、曝气采用非限量曝气,出水CODCr达100mg·L-1以下,CODCr去除率达90%以上.
The neoprene wastewater was treated with sequencing batch reactor (SBR) process, and the parameters affecting treatment efficiency were examined including influent time, reaction time, sedimentation time, idle time and aeration mode. The results showed that removal rate of CODer was higher than 90% from about 1020mg·L^-1 to below 100mg·L^-1 under the optimal condition of influent time for lh, the reaction time for 4h, the sedimentation time for 2 h, the drainage time for 0.5 h, the idle time for Oh and aeration over influent.
