摘要
当前,社会上普遍存在的腐败社会化与官员腐败的互动问题,由于偏执崇高而造成现实道德危机问题,因价值观错位而出现的反腐观念上的困境问题,非法制、非原则的人伦关系造成的腐败链问题,官员的腐败心理与腐败行为问题,因市民意识欠发达而未形成普遍的市民意识与反腐败的艰巨性问题,均与社会文化因素相关联。因此,解决中国的腐败问题,除了需要加强政治制度层面的管理之外,还需要加强文化层面的管理。
The problems argued such as the interaction between the widespread socializing corruption and governmental officials corruption, the moral crisis in reality caused by extreme reverence, the difficult position in anti-corruption because of the misjudged outlook of value, the corruption chain caused by non-legality, non- principle human relations, the corruptive psychology and behavior of government officials, the difficulty in cultivating common awareness of anti-corruption are all related to social and culture factors. Therefore, not only the political systems but also the culture construction should be strengthened steadily.
