龙须草无融合生殖现象的观察 被引量:6

A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON THE APOMIXIS OF Eulaliopsis binata

摘要 采取龙须草(Eulaliopsis binata)刚露出花序至成熟的颖果样,用常规石蜡制片法制片,系统观察,未发现通常的胚囊母细胞和减数分裂现象。观察到多个方位的胚囊原始细胞于珠心中,形成了3~7个不同大小、不同形状的胚囊。材料中可见由卵器和1个极核或2个极核组成的4胞胚囊,也可见到3胞或1~2胞,甚至中空的胚囊。同一胚珠中,形成了多个幼胚或拟胚,但完熟颖果中只剩下1个成熟胚。 The normal embryo sac mother cells and meiosis in Eulaliopsis binata with the revealing inflorescence, the unopened flower, the opening flower, and the immature and mature cariopsis were not found by using the method of the routine paraffin wax section through systematic observation. Embryo sac initial cells observed in many directi, ons in nucellus formed 3~7 embryo sacs. With different size and shape 4 cell embryo sac comprised egg apparatus and polar nucleus could be seen in material, 3 or 1~2 cell or empty embryo sac also be seen. The same ovule formed many young embryos or embryoids, but only retained a mature embryo in the mature cariopsis. Above results showed that Eulaliopsis binata was a good material of apospory apomixis from the embryology point of view.
