摘要
目的探讨脑电图(electroencephalogram,EEG)监测在肝性脑病(hepaticencephalopathy,HE)早期诊断中的价值。方法180例child肝功能分级均为C级、无明显脑病症状的肝硬化患者均进行EEG描记分析,根据EEG结果分为EEG明显异常,即广泛轻—中度异常组(A组)和EEG无异常或边缘性异常组(B组);随访观察两组HE的发病情况。结果180例肝硬化患者中,A组有114例,其中并发HE者11例;B组有66例,其中并发HE者2例。A组HE的发生率明显高于B组(P<0.05)。结论EEG在HE的早期诊断中具有重要价值。
Objective To evaluate the early diagnosis value of electroencephalogram（EEG） in hepatic encephalopathy（HE）. Methods All the 180 cirrhosis patients without HE symptom whose liver function ranked as level Caccording to Child-pugh＇s standard received EEG examination and there after divided into Group A（widely mild to moderate abnormal EEG） and Group B（normal or marginal EEG）. The incidence of HE in Group A and Group B was compared with each other. Results Among the 180 cirrhosis patients, there 11 HE patients in Group A（114/180） and only 2 HE patients in Group B（66/180）. The HE incidence in Group A was higher than that in Group B（P〈0.05）. Conclusions EEG played an important role in the early diagnosis of HE.
