摘要
针对现有ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ曲线拟合中存在的初值设定问题，深入分析了曲线的特性，提出了生物数据ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ曲线拟合中初值自动选取的方法，并应用Ｍａｒｑｕａｒｄｔ算法在计算机上实现了曲线的自动拟合。
With regard to the determination of appropriate
initial values of parameters in fitting the logistic curve to observed data,this paper first analyses
the characteristics of the curve,then pre-sents a method for automatic selection of initial values of
parameters,and finally describes the real-ization of automatic fitting of the curve by computer with
Marquardt's algorithm.
