摘要
应用超高分子量聚乙烯微滤膜(UHMWPE)来处理食醋,能有效去除食醋中的胶体、颗粒、细菌等杂质,使瓶装食醋在保质期内无沉淀,并且微滤技术可以完好的保留食醋中有效成分,所以经济实用。
The UHMWPE micro-filtration membrane is used to clarify vinegar .The results indicated that the UHMWPE micro-filtration membrane was very effective in removing colloid particles, bacteria, etc, At the same time, it can reserve the characteristic ingredients of vinegar.
