摘要
本文在介绍当前全国地质资料档案管理和服务现状的基础上,提出了资料社会化服务体系的建设目标。认为资料馆藏机构是社会化服务的主体和主渠道,在服务体系建设中起着关键作用,并由此提出了如何加强馆藏建设,完善资料社会化服务体系的五点具体措施。
This paper gives the total introduction of the management and service of in nationwide geological information, proposing to set up a system to explore the public service function of geological information. Considering the archive organizations will play the key role in the public service system, the paper presents five measures to improve the performance of archives for the system development.
