摘要
本文通过对我国钨资源储备和钨业生产现状调查,指出我国钨业战略调整的必要性,根据波特理论,构造钨业战略调整模型,提出我国钨业在21世纪初发展战略思路。
The paper approved to investigate the tungsten resource store and Chinese Tungsten Industry production condition at present, pointing out necessity to strategic adjust Chinese Tungsten Industry, according to Porter＇s Diamond to structure the model of Chinese Tungsten Industry strategic adjustment, putting forward our country tungsten industry to the development strategic way of thinking in the beginning of 21 centuries.
